A video of a freshman at a private university ( Bingham University) in Nigeria being bullied by a senior has sparked rage online.
The freshman is seen lying on a bed in what seems to be a school dormitory in the video, which has now gone viral, as the senior lashes him with a plank.
A Twitter user who shared the video on the micro-blogging platform claimed that the incident happened at Bingham University in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory( FCT).
According to the Twitter user, Jemima Nnadi, fresh students are generally subjected to similar treatment in school by their seniors.
In her words,
“ This video was sent by my cousin in Bingham university This is what they go through as freshers in the university Buullying This student should be found and duly prosecuted. How can a fellow pupil do this to another Kindly retweet and tag necessary authorities ”.

However, in an updated tweet, Jemima revealed that the incident happened a while ago and the tyrant has been expelled.
Replying to the trending clip social media called for the arrest of the senior student.
wrote, “ University not secondary sch, indeed if it’s a secondary sch, fight must Dey I’ll arrest that child and his parents too ”.
