Nigerian-American actor and singer, Rotimi have welcomed his first child along with his fiancée, Tanzanian singer, Vanessa Mdee.
The Power star announced the good news in a post he shared on his Instagram page on Wednesday, September 29. He also revealed that the new born has been named “Seven Adeoluwa Akinosho”.

Rotimi in an interview with Angie Martinez Show on Power 105.1 disclosed that he proposed to Vanessa because he was bored with being in the streets.
According to him, long before the proposal, six days after they first met they went through their phones and deleted the other love interests that were there before.
Speaking on his mum’s reaction when she first met his fiancée, he revealed that it had been an emotional moment because the two special women both cried on their first meeting.
In his words,
“The funny thing is when they first met they both cried. it was the weirdest thing. it was like… a finally moment. it was so weird. They met maybe a month into me and her dating.”
