A new dad has sparked outrage on social media after he shared a video of himself spraying his newborn baby with 100 naira notes.
The Nigerian man identified as comedian and actor, MC Noni, took to his Instagram page on Thursday, May 4 to announce the arrival of his bundle of joy.
However, instead of congratulatory messages, the new dad was corrected for spraying new naira notes on his newborn baby an action that numerous people deemed unhealthy and wrong .

In the video, the proud father, who supposedly couldn’t wait to hold his baby in his arms, walked right to the cot where the baby, who was on oxygen was lying and made it rain 100 naira notes on the little one.
The video drew a lot of backlash, with numerous fans stating that he went too far by spraying money on a small child.
