On the day African American George Floyd was let go, Texas Southern University declared it would be giving a full grant to the deceased’s 6-year-old daughter.
The demise of Floyd while being held somewhere near the Police prodded worldwide requests for a conclusion to police ruthlessness. TSU’s Board of Regents, with its establishment board, “has endorsed a store to give a full grant to Floyd’s darling girl, Gianna,” the college declared in an online life post.
“TSU’s official and scholarly staff will set up a spot for Miss Floyd in the event that she wishes to go to the University.”

Late George Floyd was conceived in North Carolina and experienced childhood in Houston, where he moved on from Jack Yates High School in the shadow of TSU.
Floyd later moved to Minneapolis, where he kicked the bucket on May 25 while confined by police. Floyd’s memorial service occurred Tuesday in Houston.
His family was joined by family members of other individuals of color who lost their lives on account of police. Floyd was covered close to his mom, whom he called for as he was kicking the bucket.
