Fake boyfriend helps Lady work her relationship into marriage

A UNN (University of Nigeria) student by name, Tochi Ezemma took to one of the school’s Facebook group to share a live story of how he helped a girl work her broken Relationship into marriage.

So there was this one time, a female friend asked me to be her fake boyfriend.
LOL.
I was surprised, which one is fake boyfriend again? Oh you mean side Nigga? I showered her with questions amidst Laughter.
She kept a straight face and when I was done ‘playing’,she told me she was dead serious. She detailed me on how her long time boyfriend is hurting her. He is cheating on her with a girl finer than she is ( inferiority complex). She says he doesn’t even hide it from her anymore and she wants to hurt him back by having a boyfriend. Fake one actually.
So of all your male friends, na me you choose to be your boyfriend? Sorry, fake boyfriend?.. I’ve always known I’m a humanitarian but this one weak me o.

She tells me how her boyfriend is a very jealous type and would go nuts if he finds out she’s seeing someone else too. Uhmmm, I thought about it, fake boyfriend? I can CAN. Shebi I use to act drama? What’s the difference?.

“Nothing,just send me some of your fine pictures,I want to use one as my wallpaper, I will save your number as ‘sweetheart’ too.In case he ever calls you,just talk to him like you’re my boyfriend”.

I sent her some of my ‘sweet boys association’ pictures.
She sends me her boyfriend’s number to save for easy recognition should he call.
Boyfriend noticed my pictures on her phone and confronts her,she tells him,she’s seeing someone else too.What they have is over.
Boyfriend seeing I’m a finer boy ( am I a fine boy sef? topic for another day ) would calm down for Jesus and start begging her, proffesing his undivided love for her.
“Thank you so much Sammy, it’s working”!
She always calls me to give me updates on his reactions.
I could feel the genuine love and happiness in her voice and in every single word she utters.
That alone was enough motivation for me to stick to the plan and fuckup bro code 009
Girl will call me at odd times and we’d talk about ‘nothing’. I guess she does this when the boyfriend is around so he’d be triggered.
Well, it played out one day as Baba stole my number from her phone, called me and kept yelling..
“Who be this”?!, ” I say who be this this”?!
And I’m like ” Hello, who are you?,stay away from my girlfriend, I know you, I’m coming for you! I’m gonna murk you! Do you know who I am”?
“Who are you”?
“So you’re the guy that is making her pend my proposal? I’ve not seen any girl like her in this whole wide world, I’m not losing her to you, keep off”!
“I’ve been dating her for years, so you think you can deceive her with your ‘fine boy’ ? You lie!”!
” I didn’t come to date her,I want to marry her”!
It was a verbal tussle .
I would record our phone conversation and send to her, she gets overjoyed each time I do this.
Well, to cut the long story short, I saw them the last time I visited home. They’re married. A beautiful boy to bless their home and she’s pregnant with another baby.
I was shocked and also happy for her.( shocked because I wasn’t invited to the wedding. Didn’t know they’re married Sotele pikins Don dey show. Shebi if not for me now…. .Anyways ,She pleaded with me, saying she lost her phone afterwards,my contact included and all effort to reach me, futile.
She dragged me to where her first child was sleeping soundly and whispered to me “His name is Tochukwu, he was named after you”.
I stood there, still. A smile on my face as a tear rolled out from my eye.
