Ify Rhodes-Vivour, the wife of the Labour Party governorship candidate of Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has called out the incumbent governor of the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, over a trending video of MC Oluomo threatening voters ahead of this Saturday’s governorship and house of assembly elections.
In the viral video, MC Oluomo, who’s a known supporter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, is seen giving his people instructions on their mode of operation on Saturday.
He stated that only Yorubas would vote first and went on to warn people, particularly Igbos, planning to vote for a party other than APC to stay at home on election day for their own good.
“ Iya Chukwudi, if you know you no wan vote for us, siddon for your house o . ” he said in part.
He also told those listening that if they notice they’re losing, they know what to do.

The speech didn’t sit well with Dr. Ify Rhodes-Vivour and she took to Twitter to call the attention of the governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and the Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, to it.
She ordered Sanwo-Olu to call ‘ his ’ thugs to order because this is a democratic administration, not a dictatorship where people’s freewill can be suppressed.
